Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

No grumpy cashiers in sight

Tide banking is brilliant, not just saying this for a chance to win £1000 I really mean it, I’ve had/got multiple online apps (banking) and tide is the best by far, always helpful through the online chat and don’t have you waiting days for a reply. The only thing I can say it there should be more help for new limited companies financially even if it’s a small start up loan that will really draw more customers to the online app. But other then that happy days Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Tide business

Overall sits a great bank and very simple, easy to use and it’s safe to use, however as a business account I feel like there are too many fees, like withdrawal fees, transfer fees etc. it’s not a huge amount but it should compete with banks like Halifax and Barclays etc. because not a lot of banks charge fees for things like this, other than that nothing bad to say about this bank Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
