I cannot imagine banking with anyone else

I have been a customer of Tide for a few months now. I have never had anything but excellent service from them, and I can't imagine banking with anyone else. I love the way they handle payments so easily and quickly. No lines, no waiting around, just a few clicks and you're done! I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere of their customer service. They make it easy to get in touch with them if there's ever an issue, and they respond quickly. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023

No Barriers Banking

My account was so easy to set up, the online app is quick and straightforward. I once had an issue with a fraudulent payment. Tide were on it in minutes and crucially allowed me to continue trading under special conditions whilst I waited for my new card to arrive.. Thus bank gives money ad ice pretty much every other day which allows me to keep things in check with my business. The customer ser I e is also great. Tide we're recommended to me by my accountant and inwoildnt hesitate to recommend them to others. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
