I moved my business account to Tide last year and it was a revelation - easy to use, simple to look at, instant help available and free of charge, what's more to like?!? A saving grace for small start-up businesses

Banks sure like to make things hard for newbies in the business world. I get it though, they have to do their AML and KYC checks. I wish I had gone to Tide first because I had endless struggles trying to open an account before reaching out to them. They were thorough and dilligent, as they should be, but they went the extra mile to ensure I could open a business bank account for my start-up Ltd company. They didn't just close the door at our first hurdle. Since being a customer, I have absolutely no complaints. Their app is simple and efficient to use, the charges are minimal and I haven't yet found anything I need to do that I cannot do with Tide. The only minor downside is, is that sometimes I have issues subscribing or paying for things are organisations seem to recognise my card as a pre-paid credit card. Apart from that though...well done Tide. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023

Simple & convenient

Opening & managing an account at Tide is simple & fast. Being able to connect with you accounting software & to load receipts in the app makes very convenient. The Credit Builder is a great way to get your business credit initiated. I’m very happy with Tide. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
