Slick, easy to use powerful categorisation and receipt collection

I have used traditional banks for years for business, But selected Toda becuase I can be digital accounts filing ready with tha app, it is head and should a above the old banks and reduces my admin by a large factor. I simply love it, best new bank account I have ever had, try it for yourself m, you will not be disappointed. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Ideal for start up business

As a start up business I was a little overwhelmed by the many hoops you had to jump through and the different banking fees I needed to consider when choosing a bank account for my business. Tide made it so much easier with a really simple online application form. The only snag is I can’t get a business mobile phone contract with my Tide account which is a little frustrating. Good bank with low bank fee, not the best customer service

In general the bank it’s okay, the fees are okay, my biggest complaint is the customer service. Deal with the chat is terrible, you have to wait for ages to speak with an agent. The phone number for the customer service is never available, in the voice mail is not all the necessary options to help. If you have a problem in the middle of the night you are stuck as no one can help you. You have to wait until the next day to try to sort it out. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
