Simple banking with great customer service

The app is amazing it displays everything clearly and makes it easy to understand, your able to upload pictures to accompany payments you've had come in and go out. You can categories every single payment you get or make so you know exactly where you've spent your money. They offer a range of other accounts that are paid for but come with loads of benefits, I have just the basic no monthly fee standard account but it does exactly what I need it too, it also offers a range of tools to name a couple you have an invoicing tool and the other is a very handy tool to help you with accounting and tax returns. Customer service is amazing with the basic account is all messages which can be found in the help under support tabs again really easy to find, you may think I'd like to speak to someone though and I have on the odd occasion thought that myself but the messaging service is great they respond fast listen to you properly, genuinely care and want to help resolve your issue. However I find that in between waiting on messages from them you can carry on with your day which is very convenient for on the go and active business owners like me, for tide banking I would more than recommend to friends and family I've even referred several of my friends looking around for business banking and for the customer service it's the same if not better than my personal bank customer service so my overall rating would be a 10 stars shame they only allow 5 star max really Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
