Good but lacking in support

I have found tide to be great - i love the app and not they have real IBN etc it is as good as any bank. But, the one thing thats missing is the support. If you have a business manager at a big bank they can help you if you have issues with payments or customer payments. Tide support are fairly inflexible. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Refreshingly good experience!

I’ve found Tide to be a fantastic provider, simple and straightforward. If I’ve had a query it’s been handled without fuss and I’ve had an answer quickly. I deal with 2 other high street banks for other businesses and personally and I find Tide to provide the best service, I was reluctant to try an online provider but so glad I did! My accountant said it’s the account her recommended to people now too so word is spreading! Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
