I’ve found Tide to be a fantastic provider, simple and straightforward. If I’ve had a query it’s been handled without fuss and I’ve had an answer quickly. I deal with 2 other high street banks for other businesses and personally and I find Tide to provide the best service, I was reluctant to try an online provider but so glad I did!
