Easy to use and great support

Keeping things simple

Launching a new business for the first time is tough. Using Tide bank has made the financial side simple but efficient. Easy to use App with categories that tie in with your year end reporting for tax. Real humans on hand to assist if needed and an effective messaging service. All in all, a great experience. Almost almost the perfect bank

My experiene with Tide bank has been flawless. The only teeny tiny issue I have is that they cannot yet accept international bank transfers. But imagine that this is the only thing that has ever been a con in the 4 years of my business banking experience. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy to use but no over the phone customer service

I think the app is great and simple to use for someone like myself who isn’t a great lover of all this online banking / invoicing the only thing I’ve really struggled with is there is no one to speak to on the end of the phone, so for example I’ve purchased an email/domain when setting this all up and still have no idea how to use it as there is no one to speak to, I’ve googled it and tried the online chat you have where no one even replied to me, other than that, not a lot else to report Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Needs some improvement

How in day of so many scams, the costumer is unable to verify that the account numbers much the company name. And a few my consumers wasn't able to pay me a many at all. Because of that. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
