Requires improvement

Major points: slow fixes of bugs, can’t switch out easily to other banks, and never offered bounce back loans. Other points: can’t filter on mobile app search, what kind of a company doesn’t offer this? I’d recommend less budget on London tube advertising and get a developer to add this. Easy to set up an account. Easy-to-use app. Easy to integrate with QuickBooks. Easy to integrate with Xero, I stopped as I didn't like Xero and preferred QuickBooks. When starting a new business easiness if running a bank account helps as it's one less thing to worry about. So great really! Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
