Easy to use and great support

Basic banking for business

Basic business account is easy to use always adding new features. I think the new sleek look improved function of the app and how fast it responds. The invoice system is easy can add your logo to the top left and you can add a payment link if they wish to pay on card. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023

Not enough functionality when compared to Starling or high street banking apps.

Scammers Behaviour

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers and Starling is much more professional. There was an error from their side and when I wanted to file a formal complaint, I got contacted by a manager asking me to wait and I waited with no resolution. Exceptional! Outstanding! Way beyond expectations!

I thought I was in dreamland - I have received good customer service in the past but this was exceptional. Nelly not only recognised my voice when I called back, I had got stuck again, she also remembered exactly what my difficulty had been. Then slowly, really patiently, Kelly waited while I carried out all the steps in the application process, problem-solving all the issues I was having - I was applying from abroad. But she could have only done this by having in-depth knowledge about how the Tide App worked, and how to change my phone settings that were blocking the process. It did not stop there, Nelly checked my application on the system and quickly identified additional information the assessors would need to process my application. Thereby shortcutting an email exchange. I am assured that any future problems I may have will be resolved with care and concern. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
