Money gone missing!!

Monday 14h March Tide decided to close out account and the reason they gave us 'we can cater for some businesses'. We have been trading for since 2017 and never has a problem and all of a sudden this let alone the 2 bad years with Covid. On the same day 14th March we deposited £1000 via post office. Guess what? Tide is not taking accountability nor returning money. Tide rep 'Alice' admitted she could see the funds being deposited but they did not clear?? Where's the money? Went to post office twice and they confirmed because receipts were provided therefore funds cleared their end which is true as this has always been the case? Brilliant bank, so easy and quick to use and with all the security you will ever need to relax and not worry about your money. Transactions are all editable to say what you’ve bought and for why with personal category’s and can take a picture of receipts and store with every single transaction so you never need to find a receipt again. So easy to use, i highly recommend Tide for personal or business banking needs! Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Easy, practical and straight forward banking

Easy to use app, easy to use invoicing. Great that you can attach invoices and receipts to transactions so it all stores together. Any time I’ve needed to speak to someone it’s gone well. They’ve given some free account product upgrades to me for a month here and there to let me sample them, which is appreciated. I’m happy with Tide and I see no reason to move elsewhere.
