Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Easy to use

New to tide so didnt know what to expect. As it was my first use i was aprehensive as most of these apps are very much the same. However i was plesently surprised to see a simple user friendly layout with was so easy to navigate. The tide banking app is a brease compared to others out there. Excellent

Tide are excellent, from setting up payees, transferring money to paying bills they make it an effortless process. There customer care and service is second to none, whether using messaging or on the telephone the experience is painless, the staff are knowledgeable and very professional and they always resolve questions and issues. So simple to use for small companies!

I can only support Tide in their activities. The online banking was a new concept except for a few money transfers from my Private Account with the High Street Banks. Costs are LOW and the online account is easy to use for a 65 year old! Reviewed on: 31st January 2022
