Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Easy and uncomplicated to set up my bank card arrived with a few days instead of weeks with other banks I felt confident I could start my business with back up of a real bank

Awful experience

This bank has been terrible during the pandemic. They stopped offering bounce back loans and other government assistance programmes, leaving their small business owner users stuck. The app is clunky and the amount of integrations are subpar compared to other challenger banks. Would not recommend. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
