Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Straightforward and easy to use with fantastic support

I am a new start up and found the whole setup process straightforward and the account easy to use. The support has been fantastic and knowing that the fees are fixed not floating has helped enormously. Having the tide MasterCard card sent as soon as the account was open has really helped with the accounting procedures and being able to add categories to every transaction has increased banking productivity. Great start with Tide
