Tide are an easy to use business bank, setting it up was simple whilst taking into account my security. It is an easy to use app, clearly laid out and very operator friendly. Their customer service is amazing through the app and over the phone, they can't do enough to help and are amazingly quick in responding to any questions or issues I have, every thing I have every asked has been solved in seconds. Ive used tide for over a year now. Never gad any issues. Fraud was once made on my account for more then £2000 within minutes of calling everything was rectified. Also love the app. I do all my invoicing via the app quick simple and easy to use Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
