Trading 212 - The best flexible cash ISA

I have found Trading 212's cash ISA to be the most flexible I have ever had. You can withdraw your money at any time without penalty and with accumulated interest. When I withdrew, I received the funds in minutes. The first year's offer was great, but the rate was reduced for the following years. However, no other cash ISA can beat T212's flexibility.
