Simple platform, but needs improvement

I’ve been using Trading 212 Cash ISA for a while now and overall the experience has been decent. The app is easy to navigate and setting up the account was straightforward, which makes it beginner-friendly. I like that everything is clearly laid out and accessible, especially for someone who just wants a simple way to manage savings and investments. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the app can feel a bit limited in terms of features, and customer support response times could be better. It would also be great to have more transparency and detailed information in certain sections. I love using the app very safe and user friendly.

I love using the app very user friendly. Trading 212 also offers very competitive rates compared to banks. I switched from nationwide to trading 212 and I'm really glad I did. I also have ISA stocks aty finger tip without the need to log into another account. I feel safe using trading 212. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
