For an online investor 'novice', I found the Trading 212 app very clear and easy to use. The rates are very competitive and most importantly, the flexible conditions making the overall product excellent and gives confidence to user. The customer service also responds very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner. The data and information provided is also easy and excellent to use giving a very clear picture. good flexible isa with decent rates.

good flexible isa with decent rates. Relatively easy to use platform, the only thing that concerns me is that the app doesn't always ask for verification to let you in. I know you have to sign onto your phone but if you handed it to someone else they can easily get into your app. Reviewed on: 30th March 2025
