For twenty years I have had the satisfaction of knowing that my money is being used to support organic food production.

Dealing with the bank by telephone has always been a pleasant experience. I have in the past enjoyed attending AGM's when staged in the London area. Full marks for customer relations! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The importance of ethical banking

Not only has Triodos always been transparent with customers about where our money is invested, those investments match my own ethics. Having been a customer since the very early days I appreciate more and more their ethos, their excellent customer service, their openness and honesty at a time when my trust in our economic system has dwindled. They have a much needed forward looking, long term approach to helping tackle some of societies greatest challenges through their continued investment and support in great and innovative projects.
