Customer Service is outstanding.

I can always access support and/or advice from Triodos bank. When I have a query or just seek advice, I can always speak to a human being! Everyone has always treated me with dignity and respect and the service is absolutely outstanding. The responses I ahve recevied have always been timely, and respectful.
