A bank with a living Heart!...

Easy to set up an account Easy to use it good customer service. I have my personal account at Triodos for thirty years or morei love what the bank support with helping people i know find housing and financial support with good projects like farming and gardening which i feel our society needs also with education and therapy like Eurythmy !Our future depends on our soil and the people who are willing to work with Bio dynamics ! A brilliant bank.

In all the years I have had my account with Triodos Bank I have never had a problem. At the same time I have been able to rest easy in the knowledge that my money is only ever used to fund ethical projects, which is incredibly important to me. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I have had a savings account for over 20 years.

I have had a savings account for over 20 years. I have always found the staff helpful. I know that my money is being well looked after, and I like the ethical stance this bank takes. I am glad to have found a bank which makes ethically sound use of my savings. I have a Fairtrade Saver account through which I can support a movement that I strongly believe in. TRIODOS is the best!

Great to be able to donate to charity regularly as well as earning some interest. Plus so pleased to be investing with a very worthwhile bank who are lending to businesses which might not otherwise be able to get loans. Fast support team

The set up process was very easy, and the response time of the support team was fast. We use the account for our charity reserves and so don't interact very often, but do find that the customer portal is easy and intuitive to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
