Fast support team

The set up process was very easy, and the response time of the support team was fast. We use the account for our charity reserves and so don't interact very often, but do find that the customer portal is easy and intuitive to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I find this savings account straight forward to use and easily accessed by both internet banking and the app. When I have had occasion to contact customer services the people I have spoken to have been polite, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
