The easiest Bank I have ever dealt with.

Easy to reach and speak to a person. Every one I have spoken too have been able to resolve our questions easily and without seeking answers from others. The web site is easy to navigate and I am able to see transactions very quickly.. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Service worth paying for.

When I lost my card I was worried a smaller bank might not be able to deal with it but they did and were friendly and helpful. Every time I have rung the person I’m talking too knows how to help and does it. I see the fee I pay a small price to pay for ethical banking and good service. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
