The customer service team are excellent

The customer service team are excellent. Very kind, patient and informed. I had a problem negotiating how to do something online, they didn't laugh! I reported a fraudulent phone call and they took it seriously. Every time I've needed advice they've been brilliant, and followed up too. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Ethical and personable

We chose Triodos because of its ethical focus, but have been so satisfied with it's customer service and range of products. When I have had to contact them about issues such as potential fraud or lost cards, they are so easy to contact and you get to speak to an individual who really seems to want to help. We have now opened several other accounts with them (e.g. savings) based on our positive experience of having a current account with them. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
