Transparency rules ok

I rather pay a small fee for my current account, rather than that being hidden amongst other items, such a loan interest. It's just more transparent. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Easy to use and good for the environment!

The Triodos current account is efficient and easy to use, particularly via the app. It is also easy to talk to a real person if there are any issues. Additionally, the bank’s focus on environmental and social issues is a big plus. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Team Triodos all the way.

Team Triodos all the way. I've been with them for years and I wouldn't have it any other way. A bank that provides a great service whilst simultaneously doing exemplary ecological work. I appreciate their refreshed rebrand and constant efforts to improve their phone app, in particular the addition of chat functionality. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Values and integrity

Not only does this bank align to my values (something that is slowly disappearing when you look at the chaos in the news), but it provides me with peace of mind knowing that my money is protected and if I run into trouble, I have their brilliant customer service team at hand. Everything I need from a banking service
