Ethical with brilliant customer service

It's ethics are why I chose Triodos, it's customer service is the cherry on the cake. It's when facing problems that you see the true value of a service and I really appreciate Triodos because of its responsiveness, it's is local connection (no overseas call centre) and it's sound advice. Outstanding bank.

Since opening our joint current account, I have been most impressed with all contact and dealings we have had with Triodos. We find them honest and trustworthy, and information provided by their team on subjects such as current regulations around ISAs has helped inform our decision making. On a more personal note, ethical banking is an issue of paramount importance to our family. We have all felt they act in good faith with the corporate sustainability agenda, and information shared about environmental projects they support has been great. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
