Triodos is the future of banking

When you call you speak to a human. When you deposit money you know it will be used to do good in the world. You pay a small fee for the account, but it allows the bank to not have use predatory tactics on debt ridden customers. Communication is excellent. The app works well. All banks should be like this. Ethical with brilliant customer service

It's ethics are why I chose Triodos, it's customer service is the cherry on the cake. It's when facing problems that you see the true value of a service and I really appreciate Triodos because of its responsiveness, it's is local connection (no overseas call centre) and it's sound advice.
