Service worth paying for.

When I lost my card I was worried a smaller bank might not be able to deal with it but they did and were friendly and helpful. Every time I have rung the person I’m talking too knows how to help and does it. I see the fee I pay a small price to pay for ethical banking and good service. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I love banking ethically with Triodos!

I love banking ethically with Triodos Bank. I've had a couple of fraudulent payments taken from my account and they always sort it straight away and talking to them is a pleasure. I like how easy their online banking is to use and how seriously they take security. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A truly ethical bank

Promptest customer service in the industry

Triodos is the only ban l I ever deal with who pick the phone up promptly and don't leave me waiting for 20 minutes claiming that my call is important to them. Their customer service is absolutely 2nd to none. The app is great. I really like the rebrand and I hope that they bring out more products as I would like to open a regular ltd company business banking account with them as well. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
