Great customer service and clear communication about individual needs and also organisational ethos. I feel tremendous confidence in the bank and what it stands for, it is a great model for other financial organisations. Banking with Triodos makes me happy with my money. Reliable, ethical, sustainable - what's not to like

I have had a current account with Triodos for many years. I have never had any issues with the bank and have been well supported on the rare occasions I needed it. The app is very straight forward to use and very reliable. Triodos are very transparent about where they invest and only invest in ethical and sustainable initiatives which I why I opened an account with them in the first place. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Excellent ethical bank

I love banking with Triodos because they are an ethical bank and I want my money to support good causes. They have really improved the customer experience over the last few years and continue to implement new features, which shows me that they not complacent. They are still not at the level of other banks (e.g. they are not integrated in some services that allow logging into your bank directly) but they are doing a great job so far. I had a transaction I didn't recognise in my account and they refunded me the money straightaway when I reported it. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Good conscience banking
