Triodos - modern efficient ethical banking

I joined Triodos as a customer before they offered their current account, and was delighted to have been one of their initial ‘test’ current account holders. Since that time I have been very impressed with the efficient and straightforward banking experience, and on the few occasions I have had to contact Triodos, they have been extremely helpful. Not just the bottom line, but the triple bottom line

Many more ethical companies like Triodos are needed. I am glad to be able to have a current account with a bank with values. It is also great to read about small businesses like Comrie Croft that receive loans from Triodos, and at the same time hear about the triple bottom line in practice. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Efficient and ethical

I chose to open a current account with Triodos bank because I agree with their values of investing in environmentally sustainable and ethically sound companies. I know my money will not be used to harm people or the environment. My account runs smoothly and I have found the customer services to be friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A new account with Triodos

I decided after a bad experience with a major high street bank after many years that I wanted to deal with a bank that could have better standards. I was recommended to try Triodos and I have found them very easy to set up an account with. On the occasions that I have had to call them the phone has been answered promptly and my queries dealt with very quickly and professionally. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
