An all rounder - great bank.

Triodos Bank is a bank that always feels like it's on your side as a customer. I feel like they are always looking after my interests, and all engagement with staff have been friendly, helpful and have taken a thorough approach to solving any problems. I love that they are transparent and ethical.

I love that they are transparent and ethical. I'm happy that they don't allow you to go into an unauthorized overdraft by paying things when there isn't enough money. I know wother banks do this then make a lot of money off the charges. Tripods instead charges a monthly fee for its banking service, which I think is a fair way to do it. I also like that they do proper checks and it takes time to transfer money, about 20 minutes. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I have recently switched to Triodos and they made the transition very smooth and communicated clearly all the way. When I've had issues like someone trying to take a false payment, Triodos actually had real people at the other end of the line to talk to. They efficiently protected my account and were reassuring and effectively sorted the problem. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
