Outstanding, principled bank.

I've used Triodos for around 18 months and they've been excellent all that time. More than anything else, I'm happy that money I have deposited with them isn't used for purposes that harm the planet, no fossil fuel investments, etc. It's great to see a bank take a principled stand when so many other compromise on these in the interest of profit. Beyond that, their app and online banking work nicely, application processes are really simple and their communications are more interesting and informative than other banks (while also being respectful of my time by not spamming me). I have no idea how good their customer service is, because I have absolutely no need to use them - there are never any problems! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Triodos is the only Bank, I trust

Triodos has been the only Bank, I have totally satisfied with, (I currently manage accounts with three four other banks for other businesses). Plus, I trust it 100% to keep my money secure and invest in ways I fully support. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Best current account I’ve ever had (out of three) and financially ethical too, which is so important in today’s world. Switching to Triodos has been an excellent decision. Ethical investment

I moved to triodos bank as I wanted my money invested in ethical ways and I have not been disappointed since I moved. They have been open with how and where money is invested. I believe that banks should be a force for good not just profit, so even though I pay a fee now I feel that the service provided by Triodos is worth it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Helpful friendly staff who always go the extra mile. Transparent and communicative with frequent interesting updates via email that are not too late Ng but rely lots of information.
