I have banked with Triodos for several years now

I have banked with Triodos for several years now, I have a current account and savings with them. I moved to them originally because of their ethics, and they continue to have high ethical standards. I have never been disappointed in their service . The banking app is great, and if I’ve ever needed advice or support they are always there. I think they’re an excellent bank and feel happy that my money supports ethical causes. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I love the ethical values

Peace of mind

Peace of mind from knowing that my bank doesn't support extractive, exploitative or polluting practices, while not compromising on customer service and digital access. Triodos were also excellent at quickly and efficiently resolving an issue with a large purchase we make to a company that later went bankrupt. I also value feeling part of a large community of people with similar values to mine. Several people I know have recently changed banks as a result of my positive experience, and their own concerns about the inequality, nature and climate crises. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Simple, Satisfying and Sustainable Banking..

I have found Triodos current account on the mobile app very straight forward to use. On the few occassions when I have needed to seek help, I found their staff personable and helpful unlike some other banks I have previously used. Best of all banking with a Triodos gives me satisfaction of knowing my money is being used sustainably is very important. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
