Excellent ethical bank

I can easily transfer money into my Triodos savings accounts - see the balance of all my accounts easily. When I needed help to close an account the customer service person was really helpful. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Switching to Triodos was problem free, managing my account is easy, and the app is very user-friendly. Additionally, I can get through to a real person if I have a problem or query. The ethical and environmental focus of Triodos also aligns with my values. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Im delighted to bank with Triodos. Knowing their outstanding ethics makes it a pleasure AND the customer service is excellent - real people, friendly, professional and helpful. Good app, invitations to provide feedback and information about their activities (which take direct action to support people, animals & the environment) which I can actually believe, make this bank an excellent choice for me and anyone with a conscience! An ethical bank with 5 star service

Mostly online but have had to call a couple of times and wonderful customer service, so helpful and friendly. I love knowing my money is invested ethically but with 5 star service from my bank.
