Ethical banking helps me sleep well!

What I love is that they use my money ethically - they invest in good. No fossil fuel or arms investment. And they are a friendly bank, with good customer service. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Value for money!

We moved to Triodos when our high street bank shut up shop. We are very happy with the service we have received. It is also very convenient to do everything on our smart phones. We are pleased that the big oil companies don't receive loans of any of our money. Triodos regularly inform us of how our money is helping them save the planet! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Prompt customer service and ethical

Triodos are excellent on customer service and always answer calls promptly and gives interest figures promptly when it’s time to do a tax return, unlike bigger banks that don’t do so for weeks!. An honest bank.
