Great customer service

Always able to get through quickly on the telephone if needed. Great chat support too. And it was very easy to switch over from my previous current account. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Whenever I’ve had a problem a quick call to be greeted by a real person is reassuring and simply and quickly helpful, a much better and easier communication than call waiting, pick numbers, do it again and then get cut off - as sadly happens with the majority of other banks. Best ethical bank

Overall excellent and really love the ethical stance - no other bank is so sustainable and ethical. Customer service has been excellent whenever I've had an issue or question. When purchasing a house and doing a large transaction they were really helpful. They take security seriously. The only minor niggle is it does take time for payments to clear (2 hours) but they are changing the way they are processing these so they will be instantaneous in future.
