Great customer services.

Fees are low. Whenever you call, the phone is answered quickly, and there is a personable person who deals with your query in a friendly, professional manner. Triodos is careful to vet potential fraud and will wait on the phone while you complete difficult transactions. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Choose ethical banking!

The benefits of banking ethically are so obvious.. especially when there isn’t much difference between banking with ethically Triodos and less ethically with another big bank. Nowadays, you can add Triodos on your phone with Apple Pay, transfers are almost instant (or much quicker than it was when I first moved to Triodos), it’s basically just as easy to use. The few times I had issues the customer service has been really good and quick at responding. Banking with them is a no brainer really! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos Bank is a league above other banks in terms...

Triodos Bank is a league above other banks in terms of its ethical profile and its commitment to responsible business. It's totally transparent and honest about its lending. No green-washing! Its systems are highly efficient and clearly communicated to customers. £3 month (price of a coffee) is a very small fee for being able to have such a fantastic current account.
