What a bank!

What a bank! Superb ethical values and just great customer service. I have had a range of accounts with different banks in the past, but Triodos ranks highest. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos puts all others in the shade

Since switching to Triodos a few years ago we have had no problems at all. The bank is secure, well-run and carries the assurance of being completely ethical. The banking sector as a whole has very low ethical standards. Triodos stands head and shoulders above all of them, setting a standard much higher than should be basic. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Ethical and high quality personal banking

They are ethical, which is super-important to us. But their products are not compromised by being focused on doing good. The app is good - easy to use, easy to access, and integrates well with other apps. Their customer service has been super-responsive and resolved issues quickly.
