Peace of mind in difficult times

Triodos has given me peace of mind in a world where investments are often used to support wars and sometimes genocide. I really value Triodos' ethical investment strategy which supports positive, creative and innovative actions to help people, by facilitating sustainable projects enhancing the environment and general wellbeing. I moved to Triodos for ethical reasons

Banking with Triodos is a no-brainer. They listen to their customers and are making the world a better place. When I got a notice that they are a finalist for best UK bank, etc., not only wasn't I surprised: I immediately clicked over to vote, because I am such a happy customer. So that says it all. Ethical, modern, easy

Been banking with them for years, and their online service and app have steadily improved over that time. Many features I've requested during feedback have been added, so I'd regard them as somewhat more responsive than other accounts I have, which seem to get steadily worse, if anything.
