I'll always stay loyal to Triodos!

I've banked with Triodos now for about 9 years and never want to change again. They are STREETS ahead of any of the other four banks I've used in my lifetime. It was a bit sticky at first because a lot of stores used not to recognise the bank card, but that problem has more or less stopped. They are extremely prompt and helpful whenever I've needed to call them - they were super-quick when I had a possible fraud attempt on my account - and their online service is easy to use. I've also started an ISA and a savings account with them, and transferring money is always simple. I use their app all the time to check my account and payments. And it's nice that their debit card and the title page of the app both have really beautiful landscape picture on them. I like flashing my card in fron of my friends so that they can read "Where money has values". Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

A bank I really can trust

No Worries bank account

If there is a problem, real people are at the end of the phone, with little or no waiting in queues. Online Statements are posted regularly at the beginning of each month, and in a format ready to print for my records. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Excellent customer service, ethical bank

I love being able to contact customer service easily and speak to some-one quickly if I need to. The customer service team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Find the banking app easy to use and the chat function is a great addition. Just wish they would do a junior current account .. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
