Great bank, incredible customer service

Great bank. I am with them for the values they support. The best customer service I have had from any bank. If I have a problem or need to call them, I am through to a competent person within a minute. I recommend them to anyone talking about banks. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Best ethical bank

i've been banking with Triodos for many years, at first with a savings account, and now with a current account and an ISA. Their mobile app is very user-friendly and I appreciate that I can now view my bank statements on the app. I love the transparency of their activities and the way they kaap customers informed. Triodos puts all others in the shade

Since switching to Triodos a few years ago we have had no problems at all. The bank is secure, well-run and carries the assurance of being completely ethical. The banking sector as a whole has very low ethical standards. Triodos stands head and shoulders above all of them, setting a standard much higher than should be basic. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Ethical and high quality personal banking

They are ethical, which is super-important to us. But their products are not compromised by being focused on doing good. The app is good - easy to use, easy to access, and integrates well with other apps. Their customer service has been super-responsive and resolved issues quickly.
