Ethical responsibility andcustomer service

Brilliant. I have a savings account and a current account. Their ethical investment policies are exactly what I have been looking for. Customer service is excellent. The banking app is well designed and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 5th April 2026

Issues resolved readily.

Whenever I have had issues which is quite rarely there is always been a human at the end of the phone line to explain things. The website has a clear clean look which is easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 5th April 2026

Superb priciples and great bank
