Best bank without a doubt

Most high street banks spend our money irresponsibly, largely funding fossil fuels. Yet one of the effective ways we can fight climate change is with who we bank. Triodos is different. They invest our money responsibly, look after it responsibly and offer excellent customer service. I recommend them to everyone and couldn’t fault it. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

great ethos, ethics and customer support

It is incredibly easy to talk to a friendly, helpful customer support representative on the phone. I feel very happy that the money that I bank with Triodos Bank is going towards positive projects and I am aware of a few great projects in my community that have been made possible because of affordable Triodos Bank Loans. Reliable and swift customer service.

Reliable and swift customer service. I've been happy with the product and delighted not to be giving my money to a bank that does not invest in weapons or companies doing environmental harm. Because Ethics Matter

Triodos is perfect if you're looking for an ethical bank - something that seems pivotal in todays climate. I've used Triodos for years, and although they are a great company, I always though their app seemed a little outdated, especially when compared to other banking apps like Monzo or Revolut. However, they've updated it and it's much easier to use - I especially love the "Impact" section where you can read about the ethical impact your money can have.
