I've been really impressed by the customer service. Every time I have had cause to call up, I get to speak to someone in the UK, really promptly. I don't mind paying £3 a month, given the level of service. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

It's really great to be able to do my banking with a bank that is genuinely ethical. This isn't just greenwashing - this organisation really care about ethical finance and they put an enormous amount of time, energy and money into supporting ethical projects and transforming the financial system for the better.
