My experience of banking with Triodos is excellent

My experience of banking with Triodos is excellent, they keep me well informed of where hey are investing in community projects whilst providing excellent online and app based services. Creativity and Ethics

I chose Triodos because I feel I can trust that it uses my money ethically, I have convinced my daughter and grandchildren of this and they use Tiodos too. Triodos is fantastic

I switched to Triodos a couple of years ago and I wouldn't look back! Their app is great, their customer service is excellent and I know my money is in good, ethical hands by banking with them. What's not to love?! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Simple, secure and ethical; what's not to like?

The app and internet banking are both easy to use, with straightforward and reassuring security procedures. The notifications when payments are made from the account to new payees or for larger amounts are also appreciated. Our good experience with the current account and enthusiasm for Triodos' ethical approach have resulted in us opening a saving and taking out ISAs with Triodos as well. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Keeping my money safe in caring hands.

Transferring my account to Triodos and using it since then has been smooth and problem-free. It is also great to receive information about how the bank makes the money I and everybody else lodges there work hard for people and services that need it rather than filing further the coffers of big business who look only to serve themselves.
