Great digital functionality & strong ethics, brilliant.

The functionality of the App is fantastic and the recent addition of Apple Pay enabling me to pay for things using my phone is brilliant. Knowing my money is being used for positive ethical projects is really important and the monthly fee for my account is minimal and well worth it. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

I joined Triodos a long time ago.

I joined Triodos a long time ago. I was very happy to learn of a transparent and ethical bank which didn't invest in arms, drugs etc. I was warned off joining a small, unknown bank but went ahead and have found them very good - responsive, open and doing what a bank should do but, it seems, rarely does these days. ethical and excellent!

My overall reason for having a Triodos current account is to be able to bank ethically. It gives me great piece of mind to know that this is what I am doing through having a current account with Triodos, and is my main reason for banking with them. Practically, I have a great experience of their banking app, which is straightforward to use and reliable, with online payments simple to make and regular checking of my balance and transactions easy too. Best bank all round!

We've banked with Triodos for years now, and the service just keeps getting better. The app is easy to use, customer service are always really friendly and helpful, and I know my money is being used to do something positive for the world! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
