Secure and Friendly

Security is really important for me and I feel absolutely reassured that my account is safe with my digipass.. Nobody else can access this.. I'm also delighted that Triodos continue to stay true to their ethical intention in that they don't invest in such things as the arms industry.. Any time I've had to call customer service I'm greeted by someone who actually feels like they enjoy their role in supporting the bank. It's been a genuine pleasure to communicate with them and my queries have always been resolved. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Sustainable credentials

I've been banking with Triodos for a number of years now and I chose to move to them because of their sustainability credentials. There is a small monthly charge for their services, but I think 'free' banking leads to problematic investments (by the banks) and that banking should be a service that we pay for just like other services. Triodos working for the people.

My current account runs smoothly and any queries I have are addressed efficiently, mostly by people. The App is also use friendly. I appreciate the fact that the bank has an environmental and ethical stance. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
