Helped me become confident with mobile banking.

Triodos helped me become confident with mobile phone banking. They answer the phone quickly. The staff know their systems well and were really good at guiding me through. I find the phone app ideal as a way to manage my money and it's good to know that it's being put to good use. Now I would not go back to high street banking. I moved to Triodos for their ethical aspects but have now found they are also much better in terms of customer service. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
