Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Excellent serve, excellent values!

I've been a proud customer of Triodos for over years and I have had an excellent experience all round. The customer service is fantastic and the mobile app is easy to use. Banking with an ethical bank is very important to me and Triodos are the best. The transparency and communications are excellent - it feels as much of a community as a bank and, as a customer, I can feel part of a global movement for social justice and sustainability. I love the feeling of supporting an ethical bank!

Ethical practices and superb service

I love that Triodos combines ethical practices with superb service - I've always been really happy whenever I've contacted them about anything. I have a current account with them as well as a savings account, which has great savings rates. People often think that you need to ditch good conditions in order to go ethical and Triodos shows that this isn't true. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

A Good, ethical bank for a current account.
