Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. No Worries bank account

If there is a problem, real people are at the end of the phone, with little or no waiting in queues. Online Statements are posted regularly at the beginning of each month, and in a format ready to print for my records. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Excellent customer service, ethical bank

I love being able to contact customer service easily and speak to some-one quickly if I need to. The customer service team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Find the banking app easy to use and the chat function is a great addition. Just wish they would do a junior current account .. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
