A really positive experience.

Never had a bad experience. When I have had a payment rejected and my card frozen, I’ve phoned up and got through to a human immediately who has been unbelievably helpful and resolved the issue straight away. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Brilliant!

Easy to use interface on app and desktop. Prompt and articulate message responses. Thoughtful and timely provision of hard copy when requested. Recently introduced new app features which are very helpful. The fact that this is an ethical bank is the cherry on the cake. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Best bank that I know of...

There is always somebody knowledgeable at the end of the phone. I love the ethics of this bank. The interest rates may be a bit lower than some other banks but it is worth it to know that my money is being spent in ways that I feel good about. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Can't recommend highly enough

Great bank. Easy to use and good selection of accounts. The most important thing for me and what drew me to Triodos in the first place was their ethics - it gives me so much comfort to know that my money is being used to do good in a world where there's so much pain and suffering. £3 a month is less than the price of a cup of coffee in lots of places now - for me it's more than worth it.
