I most value the ethics and principles of Triodos Bank.

I most value the ethics and principles of Triodos Bank. I was looking for a bank that I could be confident didn't invest in the fossil fuel industry and wasn't greenwashing. Triodos is that bank! I chose Triodos bank for their ethical banking stance.

I chose Triodos bank for their ethical banking stance. It offers all the services of any bank but dies so with a much better level of customer service than I've experienced elsewhere. Five stars for internet banking and their helpline

If I need help or advice, there is always a real person on the end of the phone, and the waiting time is minimal. The staff are warm, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't fault the service. Their internet banking is excellent, and very easy to use. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
