Customer service is second to none.

Customer service is second to none. You always get through promptly and speak to someone who seems committed to solving your issues. The app is brilliant - really easy to use. Initially, I was sceptical about having to pay a monthly fee (£3) but I don't even think about it now because in every way, banking with Triodos has been superior to all my previous bank experiences. Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Open, professional and ethical

I am very happy that all communications with Triodos are clear and open, and the interface to my current account is well designed and straightforward. They take a consistently professional approach to customer service. Most of all I am impressed by the highly ethical approach to banking and investing that Triodos takes, and I especially enjoy their newsletter updates about the good things they are doing with their customers' money.
