Happy Triodos customer - easy ethical banking!

Triodos provide excellent service and the app is really easy to use. For someone who was worried about online banking, the switch was easy and efficient. They are also very receptive to any problems I have. I love also that they are a truly ethical bank and provide funding for a range of social and environmental projects. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Triodos earns its trust.

Triodos earns its trust. Customer service is human and available when you need it. They treat me like a customer not a product or sales target. The current account is straight forward without any gamification or gotchas. I don’t feel they’re creating an abstract brand but are instead creating a service that earns its reputation (yea, I like ‘em). Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Good communications, good security

Triodos bank communicates effectively - but not too much either. I've never had trouble accessing the account. The recently introduced system of having to go through the mobile app to use the account on the laptop seems a bit clunky, but I'm glad for the extra security it provides.. An actually ethical bank

I like that I know my money is helping to fund and invest green initiative and ethical businesses. The customer service is great, I'm always able to speak to an actual person. Triodos is an "alternative" bank but has all the up-to-date tech like Google pay etc. I think I'll be a customer for life. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
